Adam Nuckols grew up in Arkansas, where he came to faith in Jesus at a young age. He attended Texas A&M University, where he met his wife Lacy, and they both served in the university ministry. After college, Adam taught high school for eight years, using his position to share his faith with students. In 2011, he and Lacy led a group of college students on a mission trip to Charlottesville, VA. Impressed by the church’s focus on intentional discipleship, Adam joined the staff of Charlottesville Community Church as the Family Life Pastor. After three years, Adam and Lacy moved to Glen Allen, VA, where Adam served as the Associate Pastor for Student Ministry at Staples Mill Road Baptist Church for seven years. Adam and Lacy have three daughters: Karis, Joy, and Jaidyn.
